Treasury and Payout Analyst

BlueSnap is looking for a Treasury and Payout Analyst who will be responsible for forecasting company cash flows, bank account management, monitoring systematic payment activities, and assisting in the resolution of internal and external inquiries.

This position is based in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the disbursements of payments to merchants daily
• Oversee the general flow of funds through all bank accounts at the company and making bank funding decisions accordingly
• Assist in ensuring merchants are funded accurately and timely
• Investigate and resolve system level issues across internal teams
• Reconcile merchant balances and provide support teams with analyses as requested
• Perform various treasury duties such as bank account management, daily reviews of incoming/outgoing bank transactions and working with bank contacts to resolve banking matters
• Perform other accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as required from time to time
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in accounting and/or treasury
• Highly skilled in the use of complex MS Excel Spreadsheets
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with initiative
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-starter and problem solver
• Eager to learn and coachable
• Familiarity with NetSuite Accounting software a plus
