Treasury Associate

NinjaTrader is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our team! Our Treasury team is responsible for ensuring that customer deposits and withdrawals are managed seamlessly. This includes providing customer support for domestic and international wires, checks, ACH, and currency conversions.  

In this role, you will: 

• Contribute to the Treasury operations in the processing of all daily deposits and withdrawals. 
• Communicate with customers to assist in their treasury requests and inquiries 
• Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and thorough responses to Customers 
• Process customer check deposits 
• Implement process improvements to optimize treasury activities, automate functions and increase internal controls 
• Document procedures and workflow processes 
• Mitigate financial exposure by working closely with AML, Fraud prevention, risk and trading operations teams 
• Perform various reconciliations as needed 
• Process internal account to account transfers 
• Process FX currency conversions 
• Process ACH Returns 
• Process other Treasury related functions 

Key Job Requirements: 

• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting 
• Excellent communication skills with a desire to provide high-quality of customer support 
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task 
• Willingness to work as part of a team
