This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office an average of two to three days per week with the remainder worked remotely.

Summary: The Treasury Analyst will monitor and assess the liquidity position of MUSA/MUSC as it pertains to stress testing ensuring sufficient liquidity is on hand to meet funding requirements. Review unsecured funding profiles to ensure adequate funding is provided to cover business activity. The Treasury Analyst will work with all entities to ensure enhancements and projects are aligned ensuring requirements for the Consolidated US Operations (CUSO) are met.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure results of liquidity stress test are in line with expectations and resolve any discrepancies with corresponding teams
• Engage with secured funding desk and understand any day over day change in positions
• Work with Second Line of Defense on inquiries related to day over day movements with supporting explanations of daily changes
• Execute upcoming refinances and new borrowings
• Manage the FX swap profile of any on-USD unsecured funding
• Draft monthly ALCO materials and any other ad-hoc requests from senior management
• Participate in reviews of stress assumptions and deep dives performed by Risk
• Ensure all stress assumption changes are documented and presented to the appropriate committees
• Ensure all liquidity reporting is disseminated to senior management daily and on a monthly basis
• Collaborate regularly with other MUSA teams and local and global MUFG entities regarding liquidity and funding topics and alignment across CUSO

Skills:

• Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Data analysis / Ability to work with large data sets
• Time management and prioritization

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or other relevant discipline preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100k - $110k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
