As the Treasury professional in our Corporate & Investment Banking [CIB], you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Your team will support APAC region and is responsible for evaluating CIB Asia's balance sheets. With the aim to optimize businesses' strategy in the context of both Legal Entity and Firm balance sheet with respect to liquidity, capital, leverage and regulatory constraints. The team partners with Corporate Treasury to develop strategy for deployment of CIB's balance sheet and monitors compliance with the Firm's targets.
An in-depth knowledge of the businesses' products, customers, behaviors, trends and strategies, as well as interest rate risks, are paramount to the effectiveness of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and project management support to CIB Treasury management
- Regular reviews of APAC Legal Entity's liquidity risk and work closely with businesses to ensure drivers of liquidity usage are well-understood and optimize liquidity position where appropriate
- Enhance monitoring process to deliver robust management of CIB liquidity and funding in APAC Legal Entities
- Support business strategy in APAC Legal Entities by analyzing the liquidity, funding, shareholder value impact of new initiatives
- Partner with the CIB business, Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Risk on financial resource management topics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in STEM, Finance or Business discipline
- Minimum 1 year of Treasury or financial resources management experience is required
- Good grasp of basic financial theory and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to deliver complex numerical analysis
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good organizational skills, able to deliver on projects with limited supervision
- Experience with US banks, covering liquidity and interest rate risk, capital management and ALM is highly desired
- Experience with FTP and liquidity management is highly desired. Working knowledge of Markets and Banking products will be advantageous
- Experience in analyzing Balance Sheets and liquidity forecasts is highly desired
