Job Summary
The Treasury Management Technical Implementation Specialist will oversee the successful implementation of various technical solutions within the specialty deposit verticals. The employee will be responsible for working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration for clients and their chosen solutions.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Partner with the sales team and third-party partners to design, plan, and implement banking solutions and technical integrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements for new banking products, services, and systems.
- Coordinate with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of their products and services into the bank's existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation related to these implementations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of treasury management solutions, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Create and deliver customized reports for clients.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to the new treasury management platform and ongoing operational readiness.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support client implementations and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Execute quality control practices for other members of the implementation team.
- Serve as a back-up to the billing process and account analysis system and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
- Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
- Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- High school degree or equivalent.
Required:
- 2+ years of proven experience in technical implementation or support roles within treasury management, banking, or financial services industry.
- Understanding of treasury management systems, payment processing technologies, and banking protocols.
- Understanding of software implementation methodologies, project management tools, and systems integration techniques.
- Ability to work across large, complex organizations to achieve results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external clients, and technical teams.
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients.
- Demonstrated track record of gaining trust, understanding clients' needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study
