Who you are:
As a Treasury Management Product Manager I with Frost, you are our product expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new treasury management business by expanding existing relationships and servicing customers. People are your passion, and you enjoy having the freedom to develops prospective customers by networking in day-to-day community activities. You will use your analytical skills and observant mindset to ensure we are satisfying existing customer needs with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind at all times.
What you'll do:
- Develop prospective customer candidates by networking in day-to-day community activities
- Set and recommend strategies and goals for the marketing of cash management products; recommend and implement standard and exception pricing
- Analyzes existing customer needs and develop value proposition to satisfy their treasury management needs
- Lead in the assessment and identification of treasury management products, as well as the effective and timely implementation of the same
- Maintain contact with counterparts in other treasury management organizations and study treasury management literature to stay current with trends and new developments
- Ensures compliance with all regulations and procedures relevant to treasury management products and services.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years' experience in treasury management operations and/or treasury management sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management operations and/or treasury management sales
- Excellent sales and customer orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and progress in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals
