Job Description

As a Treasury Management Service Coordinator with Frost, you will be responsible for performing the timely and accurate set up and maintenance of Treasury Management services. Responsibilities will include verifying that customer requests and information correlate to all current service parameters and specifications before implementation; collaborating with various sales areas, operations, and Treasury Management customer service in order to provide timely and accurate service; and keeping management apprised of system issues impacting customers. The candidate will set up and maintain all customer requested Treasury Management subscriptions and services.

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or other relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Preferred:

• 1+ year customer service experience
