Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Services Manager (TMS Manager) will oversee the operations and the growth of TAB Bank's TMS portfolio, including managing a team of Treasury Management Specialists. The TMS Manager is responsible to assist customer accounts while aligning a client's needs with appropriate products and services. The TMS Manager will oversee customer related activities to service and support all commercial customers. The ideal candidate has an outstanding ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, coupled with an exceptional understanding of bank products, policies, and customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of Treasury Management Specialists
  • Ensure customer expectations are met during new customer implementation
  • Ensure that customer experience and interaction with the TMS team is excellent for both internal and external customers
  • Ongoing re-evaluation of TAB's TMS products and service offerings
  • Implementation of new TMS products
  • Ensure that Treasury Management Specialists achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experience for dedicated clients
  • Establishing, tracking and achieving goals as they relate to monthly revenue from TMS products
  • Oversee the onboarding process of new TMS clients
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to monitor staff and portfolio performance
  • Ensure that digital experience of TMS customers is excellent and report issues with digital experience to management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with TAB's Loan Departments to ensure that their customer's needs are appropriately handled
  • Analyze commercial accounts for enhanced servicing and profitability
  • Cross-selling and TMS product training for bank employees
  • Provide guidance for staff on complex client and system issues
  • Take ownership of problem resolution on all customer issues; including identifying issues, resolving and following up to ensure issues are completed to a customer's complete satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing customer proposals and basic financial analysis
  • Maintain dashboards for Executive reporting for all TMS related data
  • Manage to a bank defined budget
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or Financial Services Experience
  • Experience with Fiserv Precision and Weiland Account Analysis preferred
  • Industry and regulatory knowledge pertaining to commercial banking

  • Candidate should be self-directed, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, observant, thorough, professional, confident, and persuasive.
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of the bank
  • Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office package
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and challenges others to maintain a proactive mentality
