Our Treasury Manageris part of the Global Finance organization and is responsible for developing robust analytics and insights in collaboration with cross-functional Finance teams and business units globally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment of continuous improvement and teamwork. Reporting to the Vice President & Treasurer, you will be responsible for providing analytical support in the management of the company's financial and corporate risk, debt and capital structure, and funding of global operations.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop, and publish dashboards that provide visibility to the company's global financial position and compliance with debt covenants on a daily basis
• Forecast global liquidity and monitor funding of global operations; manage the 13-Week cash flow forecast, daily cash position report, and cash management report
• Analyze and quantify underlying exposures and support the efficient transfer of corporate risk
• Quantify global foreign exchange risk and recommend and support the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate this risk
• Provide support for company's global insurance program, specifically as it relates to annual renewals, claims management, and other miscellaneous requests
• Compile, analyze, and report on data from global business units in support of monthly covenant calculations and certifications in compliance with the company's debt
• Quantify and assess company's interest rate risk on a monthly basis
• Provide analytical support for debt amendments and refinancing
• Support ongoing Treasury Operations Transformation initiatives, including leading and representing treasury operations on key components
• Act as a resource and partner to Finance and other business leaders; develop presentations for senior management business reviews
• Other projects as assigned based on the needs of business

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA, CFA/CTP, or progress toward completion of credentials preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in treasury/financial planning and analysis, preferably at a corporate level
• High degree of accountability and ownership, a natural sense of curiosity and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and provide valuable relevant insight to the business
• Ability to perform investigations in a confidential environment
• Expert in Excel and demonstrated proficiency in developing reports/dashboards and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with financial analysis specific to capital markets and M&A is a plus
• Multi-task and prioritizing skills to complete projects within deadlines, with quality results
• Proven ability to communicate and interface with cross-functional team members at different levels in the organization
