This role

The Treasury Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's objectives while will ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and payments in Mexico, support FX dealing, and global Projects. This role involves overseeing cash flow and ensuring liquidity of all countries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to update and keep control of the Treasury FX tracker including loan agreements and monthly internal audit.
• Supporting global and local FX deals.
• Support the preparation of the FX monthly committee and minutes.
• Responsible for the credit cards control in Mexico, including responsive letters; monthly monitoring of expenses, credit limits, follow up on clarifications with employees and card payments.
• Tracking of all payments to vendors in México. 
• Close daily investments in MXN and USD , track investments in all markets.
• Tracking of banking access in all countries and request proof of evidence on a monthly basis.
• Assist Senior Treasury Manager to manage liquidity and review daily cash balances and cash flows in the treasury management system. 
• Assist Senior Treasury Manager to document all Treasury procedures (SOP’s) and keep updated Global Policies at least annually or more frequently as require.
• Participation in local and global projects where Treasury is involved. 
• Supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Manage operations and liquidity management strategies.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with banks.
• Serve as the company’s leading spokesperson for all departments, partners, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement solutions and recommend plans and technology for optimization purposes.
• Create scalable workflows and implement company-wide treasury processes.
• 5+ years treasury leadership experience.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
