Position Purpose:

This role in the Treasury group is responsible for all North America Treasury Management. The Manager oversees a debt portfolio of ~2 Billion including various credit facility, bonds, seller note, management and issuance of Letters of Credit/Guarantees etc. Key activities include debt and interest payments, wire transfers, cash flow management, reporting and forecasting. This individual will oversee Bank account analysis, support positive banking relationships in support of the credit facility including systems, user access and fee structures. Supports the acquisitions/divestiture support from a treasury perspective by aligning with the M&A group.

Key Job Activities:

• Oversees and maintains the Global debt position and works to minimize the interest expense and optimize cash flow.
• Supports the Treasurer with research of new debt instruments, hedging opportunities and options to minimize risk associated with financial instruments.
• Supports the Treasury team with issuance and renewal of loan agreements including data gathering, analytics, data room support as well as documentation.
• Provides Global cash reporting and analysis to Executive and Senior Management on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Responsible for managing the forecasting of all global cash flow, debt as well as interest expense and working with FP&A to ensure alignment to all forecasts as well as actuals
• Oversees all North America banking systems, fee structure, status of accounts and other banking issues.
• Manages the issuance of letters of credit as well as its respective reporting
• Supports all acquisition/divestitures via managing execution of each acquisition/divestiture as well as supporting TSA/Reverse TSA for all treasury related functions by working in coordination with the M&A teams and other functions.
• Manages strong internal control environment and ensure compliance to key SOX controls. Supports compliance and regulatory efforts and compliance, fraud, and risk management and mitigation for Treasury processes.
• Maintain key partnership with cross functional teams including AP, AR, Accounting, FP&A to streamline processes, reporting and forecasting and enhance savings opportunities.
• Support the junior Treasury staff with reviews and guidance
• Performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, Finance/Accounting preferred
• 5 +Years of Experience, including prior management, in Treasury/banking fields preferably in Corporate Treasury required
