Job Description

This role sits in Group Treasury of ABOUT YOU. The candidate will report to the Team lead Treasury and work closely with the VP Finance and multiple cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a someone who will support further development of the team in terms of foreign exchange risk management, liquidity forecasting and financing. The ideal candidate has strong financial and analytical skills combined with a great knowledge of the best practices in the treasury area. Your focus will be continuous improvement, standardization and digitalization of treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Foreign Currency Management
  • Manage foreign currency operations and support FX hedging strategy implementation
  • Expand foreign exchange trading capabilities
• Treasury Operations
  • Oversee daily treasury functions including cash management, payment transactions, and system administration
  • Integrate group companies into cash pools and manage financing instruments
• Trade Finance
  • Manage and expand Trade Finance lines and instruments
• Intercompany Financing
  • Coordinate intercompany financing strategies with tax and legal departments
• Banking and Optimization
  • Optimize the group banking portfolio
• Liquidity Management
  • Invest free liquidity to maximize returns
• Reporting and Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain treasury reporting dashboards and KPI
  • Improve and implement treasury processes and policies

Requirements

• Educational Background
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
• Experience
  • 4+ years in Treasury, covering Cash Management, Liquidity, FX Management, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets
  • Practical knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and loan documentation
• Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Treasury Management Systems and trading platforms like 360T
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of SAP or Microsoft; D365 is a plus
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders and share insights effectively
• Adaptability and Learning
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment
• Additional Qualifications
  • Professional certifications like CFA are advantageous
