*This role will require you to come into the Boston, MA or Maitland, FL office on a semi regular basis.

We value consumers’ spending accounts and the trust they place in us to support the financial integrity of our programs and processes that we the highest commitment to be accurate and complete as we fund consumers’ accounts: we will ensure the right amounts are in the right accounts at the right time and with the right reports to validate we got it all right.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accounting support for custodial funds managed by Alegeus.

Drive timely and accurate delivery of custodial reconciliations in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.

Leverage internal tools and knowledge of Alegeus systems and processes to support large, complex, and interdepartmental projects with company-wide impacts.

Organize and lead team-level projects to improve internal processes and support team efficiency objectives.

Design and implement solutions to report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.

Partner with others on the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another related field required.

0-4 years of relevant work experience.

Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e. Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements, etc.).

SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.
