Job Description
The Treasury Product Manager II, with minimal oversight, is primarily responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of Cash Management products and services offered by BOKF to drive revenue and to help the organization achieve its financial goals by offering innovative, high-quality Cash Management products that meet the needs of the customers. This may include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, formulating strategies to meet the needs of the organization and its clients, and designing of those new products or modifying existing ones.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study and 5-6 years related experience in product management and/or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principals including product management development and positioning, and competitor analysis, pricing, and costing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of small business through large corporate business products and services in area of responsibility.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to perform a variety of financial, market and operational studies, including database and spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and market research.
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of bank operations, systems, and commercial products and services.
- Well-developed experience in working with vendors, legal and contracts teams.
