Treasury Regulatory Reporting - Associate
Job Description
Play a pivotal role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting processes.
As an Associatewithin the Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO) you will be responsible for execution and control activity of regulatory liquidity risk reporting, impacting the change agenda.
You will participate in top tier industry changes within the reporting process and have a chance for networking opportunity across widespread Team members based in Hong Kong, India, UK, EU and North America. While working within Treasury Middle Office team you will receive dedicated New Joiner Training Program, budget for equipment while working from home and hybrid working model.

- Perform EMEA regulatory liquidity risk reporting execution (i.e. LCR, ALMM, NSFR, PRA110) daily, monthly and quarterly
- Present of liquidity metrics and drivers behind period on period change along with the adhoc investigations to internal stakeholders
- Identify, raise and manage/monitor remediation of technology or data production issues
- Perform liquidity regulatory reporting review
- Perform product reconciliations & assist with daily variance analysis
- Support technology enhancements and assisting in technology related developments, ensuring appropriate prioritization and end user testing
- Identify continually and enhance the overall control environment and operating model across the core operational activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A minimum of 6+ years' experience in the financial services industry within finance operations and working with large sets of financial data
- +4 years of experience around treasury operations in the bank
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and their liquidity risk profile
- Strong analytic, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, aptitude to work with numbers, attention to details
- Strong MS Excel to be able to work & analyze large data sets
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience around (liquidity) regulatory reporting
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Finance or Business degree preferable)
