Position Summary
Arcesium seeks an experienced Treasury Senior Associate to join our Financial Operations team, working with sophisticated financial services clients. In this role you will draw from your margin and financing expertise, collaboration, and communication skills, and offer insights to help provide the best user experience for clients.
Responsibilities- Lead relationship meetings with clients, and keep them abreast of all activities, and changes that might impact operations- Drive and manage client led Treasury projects and initiatives- Act as escalation point for daily operations- Perform in depth margin analysis and optimization for clients- Perform collateral management workflow and reporting for clients including margin call analysis, dispute resolution workflows, and liaising with brokers and clients- Provide feedback and insight on Treasury product enhancements- Facilitate testing and implementation of new Arcesium Treasury Products for clients .
Qualifications- 2-5 years' of experience in Treasury or Risk related services with knowledge of margin and financing calculation considered a plus.- Ideal candidates will have knowledge of major government regulations that impact Treasury functions such as: Uncleared Margin Rules and Basel III- Exceptional interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, communication (both verbal and written), critical thinking skills, ability to build and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships are prerequisites for the role- Strong excel skills required- A bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, business, math, science, or engineering is preferred
The expected annual base salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, [guaranteed in the first year of hire], [cash and deferred sign-on bonuses], and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background
