Job Overview

Treasury Service Associates are responsible for buyer refunds, the creation of Exception Checks, logging of returned mail received, researching of payments where the following request have been submitted via case: fee refund requested, an attempt to re-collect fee, research on flagged payments or failed fees charged and as a result may need further action required. The associate works closely with our Services Associates II, Money Movement Associates, and the Reconciliation team to ensure amounts and timing match expectations and take corrective action when they do not. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, meeting multiple deadlines and service level agreements. The associate fosters and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate processing of all daily tasks/duties referenced above
  • Work closely with Treasury's Business Process Analyst for Treasury initiatives
  • Work with Team Lead to prioritize suggested changes to impacted processes
  • Assist with internal teams with vendor education.
  • Consistently demonstrate Avid core values, setting an example for your team and others to follow.
  • Works periodic reports to assist with data clean up and, research
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Efficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet all deadlines
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to research, organize and prioritize work with limited guidance
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel
  • Customer service experience, initiating communication with internal customers
  • Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
  • Banking Experience is preferred; not required
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SharePoint
