We're are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join the team based in timezones GMT-4 to GMT-7.

Some of the things you will be doing:

• Processing multi currency fiat and crypto currency payments

• Executing forex and crypto currency exchange

• Managing and reconciling balances of fiat and crypto held across centralized and decentralized exchanges wallets and banks

• Evaluating fund flows settlement options and liquidity standards to ensure continual optimization within appropriate risk policies

• Identifying enhancement opportunities for Treasury allocation optimisation lending potentials or streamlined operations

• Conducting market research for various crypto assets and DeFi platforms

• Problem-solving and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support growth satisfy audit requirements and launch new products or offerings

• Balancing priorities of fund flow activities cross-team requests and Treasury Management team projects

Some of the things you should bring:

• Exceptional integrity standards

• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken

• In depth knowledge and familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies

• Hands on experience in DeFi and web3 overall is a must

• General understanding of how Crypto/Forex Exchanges and Lending Providers operate

• Experience in Treasury Management and Optimisation at a corporation bank fund or crypto company

• Understanding of basic Risk Management best practices

• Energy enthusiasm and a love of connecting and sharing ideas with others

• Self-motivation and an ability to work independently

• Willingness to work on-call one weekend per month

• Strong organization and prioritizing skills

• A passion for investing is an asset

• Coding & modeling skills are a plus
