Treasury Supervisor

Reporting to the Shared Service Manager, you as a Treasury Supervisor for Littelfuse Mexico will be responsible for managing and overseeing Cash flow forecasting for all Littelfuse Mexico Entities, liquidity, funding, and relationships with Mexico Financial Institutes.

About the job:

• Administer all bank accounts, US, Maquiladora & Non – Maquiladora Entities. including new accounts, new signers and maintain clear records internally.

• Monitoring & Managing Bank Reconciliations and liquidity managements for US and Mexican Bank accounts.

• Cash Management for Maquiladora and Non – Maquiladora legal entities.

• Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.

• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management

• Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities

• Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling)

• Managing banking relationships and managing KYC process.

• Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region

• Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirement

• Control of Intercompany transactions within US & Mexican Entities.

• Daily Cash Management.

• Support Month end Closing with Banks & Accounts Reconciliations

• Review & Maintain Kyriba and other data compliances information.

• Managing Payable Cash flow for different Legal entities.

• Location: Hybrid, Matehuala SLP, Piedras Negras Coahuila, Matamoros Tamaulipas.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.

• Bilingual

• Experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.

• Knowledge of the Accounting Principles and Procedures.

• Experience with General Ledger Functions and the month end / Year end close process.

• 3+ experience with manufacturing companies in positions with responsibility in areas such as Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury & Accounts Receivable.

• Well Understanding of the Mexico Tax Law and Cash Regulations. Local Compliances.

• Advanced business degree

• SAP CO, MM and PP Experience

• Strategic acumen - ability to consider the big picture and understand business on global scale

• Analytical skills and critical decision skills

• Teamwork – ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams

• Effective communication skills
