Treasury Support Associate
This role is for you if you have a passion for helping people and are interested in learning about the trading industry. You enjoy real-time problem solving and helping customers find solutions to account related issues. You will work with a growing and dynamic team of industry professionals, responding to the various needs of thousands of clients worldwide to ensure a world-class customer experience. You will support our Treasury team. They are responsible for ensuring that customer deposits and withdrawals are managed seamlessly. This includes providing customer support for domestic and international wires, checks, ACH, and currency conversions.
In this role, you will:

• Communicate with customers to assist in their treasury requests and inquiries
• Leverage phone, live chat, and email to help resolve client inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and thorough responses to customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our team and client experience by creating knowledge articles and new email templates
• Mitigate financial exposure by working closely with AML, Fraud prevention, risk and trading operations teams

Key Job Requirements:

• Previous banking/treasury experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a desire to provide high-quality customer support
• Ability to explain complex information or instructions in a simple and understandable way
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to follow up on multiple issues
• Willingness to work as part of a team
