About the job
The Opportunity
The Treatment and Network Details Administrator works side by side with our Treatment and Network Details Specialists and training and implementation team to review deliverables and configure the system for each new practice during the pre-implementation process. Post implementation, TNDAs maintain the treatment offerings in the database, prepare for routine treatment details reviews and aid with training as necessary as well as serve as an escalation point for internal and external insurance-related questions.
What You Will Do
  • Review and organize deliverables with practices during pre-implementation process
  • Work directly with the Treatment and Network Details Specialists to enter practice details including treatment fees into OrthoFi
  • Basic practice service offering and fee interpretation
  • Determine OrthoFi configuration maintenance and process needs for practice users to simply build treatment plans, fee presentations, service contracts and accurate claim submission forms.
  • Communicate directly via email with OrthoFi practices to clarify and confirm update requests and offer routine tool and process reviews.
  • Assist in issue resolution for internal support tickets assigned to the Treatment and Network Details Team

  • In-depth knowledge of dental insurance, network participation, benefits calculations and insurance billing cycle workflows
  • Understanding of orthodontic procedures, current technologies, aesthetic options and appliances

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour (part time considered 20 - 25 hour per week)
