Brown & Brown Insurance has an exciting opportunity available for a Tribal Programs Account Manager in Pryor, OK

The Account Manager handles an Assigned Book of Business including Renewals, Changes, and all other updates

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Send to market, send full submission to applicable brokers, set tasks and follow up for quotes. If quote is accepted, bind coverage.
• Issue a Binder (make sure we have authority with company to issue) and send to the insured with a letter and any of the following if needed.
• Invoice, Premium Finance Agreement, auto identification cards, carrier rating letters, any forms for the insured to sign that the company may request.
• Issue any certificates of insurance or evidence of property certs that may be needed. Make sure with the company that our agency has the authority to issue.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite • Microsoft Excel - Strong to expert-level skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client financial requirements
• Active Property & Casualty License
