Position Summary
For over 18 years, Trinity Hunt has had a people-first, results-focused approach that has produced a consistent track record of long-term value creation. Trinity Hunt has raised over $1.7 billion in capital since the firm’s inception, and we are now investing out of our sixth fund, a $460 million vehicle that closed in September 2021. For our next phase of growth, we have developed a Portfolio Resource Group (“PRG”) to accelerate the growth of the companies in which we invest.
An Executive Assistant who can provide administrative support to executives within the Portfolio Resources Group while partnering with the Trinity Hunt Investment Team and portfolio management teams will add tremendous value to our firm. The position will be responsible for managing executive schedules, travel, expenses, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with a variety of bespoke projects and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support and be a trusted partner of the PRG leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel for executives supported, and when necessary, members of their team.
- Manage calendars and coordinate with other assistants as needed to provide seamless support.
- Anticipate needs of team and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, managing logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Prepare detailed expense reports utilizing Concur.
- Assist with a variety of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives across the firm.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of administrative support experience within a fast-paced professional environment with at least two years supporting executives
- Private equity, investment banking, law firm, or other professional services experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus

- Ability to build relationships with key players and management
- Possess positive, “can do” attitude
- Inclination to take responsibility, self-manage, and be very hands-on in doing whatever needs to be done to push toward outcomes
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot to distinguish between urgent and important needs
