Position Summary
In support of our next phase of growth, Trinity Hunt is building out a Talent function to establish best-in-class executive recruiting capabilities in the THP platform companies as well as for internal positions within the Portfolio Resource Group (PRG) at THP. The Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, PRG and will play a key role in supporting the creation of this function from the ground up.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently assisting in managing the end-to-end search processes and moving searches forward through timely coordination of interviews and documentation. This will include supporting the execution of multiple searches, updating trackers, revising and creating templates and managing other recruiting updates. Additionally, this person will interact with candidates, search partners and other search-specific vendors promoting the firm’s reputation of being responsive and communicative, and producing detail-oriented work. Since this is a newly created function, the Recruiting Coordinator will also manage efficient and scalable workflows utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software applications. A successful team member will proactively look to continuously improve the recruiting function, maintaining a critical eye with day-to-day operations.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support and be a trusted partner of the Senior VP of Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure all candidates and internal team members receive professional, efficient, A+ customer service throughout the search process.
- Drive search scheduling and logistics (including coordinating travel when needed) and proactively follow up with team members and candidates to ensure the search continues at an efficient pace.
- Coordinate calendars with team members and/or administrative assistants as needed to schedule interviews.
- Greet guests in-person for onsite meetings and ensure all meetings (in-person, phone, video, etc.) are properly coordinated and set-up.
- Maintain weekly search process trackers, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Format, edit, and proofread all documentation (resumes, reports, trackers and templates, etc.).
- Act as an ambassador of the organization and an extension of the Senior VP of Talent in all communications with candidates, internal team members, and external service providers.
- Anticipate needs of the team and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise.
- Assist with a variety of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to support the development of an exemplary recruiting function.Maintain a positive and mature demeanor with the ability to interact with senior executives.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition in a professional environment
- Private equity, investment banking, law firm, or other professional services experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong Excel skills with demonstrated tech-enablement comfort (ie, comfortable adapting to new software applications)
- Demonstrated track record of sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with senior level executives
