Position Summary
In support of our next phase of growth, Trinity Hunt is building out a Talent function to establish best-in-class executive recruiting capabilities in the THP platform companies as well as for internal positions within the Portfolio Resource Group (PRG) at THP. The Senior Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, PRG and will play a key role in supporting the creation of this function from the ground up.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for developing a sourcing pipeline and managing the end-to-end search processes for assigned mid- to senior-level positions within our platform companies and/or internal THP roles. This individual will manage internal stakeholders at THP, liaise with platform company leadership, and work with search partners on some searches, while conducting others on their own. A successful team member will proactively look to continuously improve the recruiting function, maintaining a critical eye with day-to-day operations.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts on assigned mid- to senior-level platform company and internal searches and be a trusted partner of the Senior VP of Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with THP investment team and PRG team members to ensure alignment around the position descriptions and the profiles of ideal candidates and design position descriptions and scorecards for efficient and process-driven outcomes.
- Define the search strategy, , identify target companies, and pitch opportunities in the marketplace to target candidates.
- Utilize the appropriate trackers to show current status of all candidates in the pipeline.
- Lead candidate interviews and gather deep knowledge about candidates’ experience, prior performance, key accomplishments, leadership style and cultural fit; and conduct reference calls when appropriate.
- Ensure all candidates and internal team members receive professional, efficient, A+ customer service throughout the search process.
- Support standing up talent acquisition technology and own the tracking and reporting on KPI’s once in place.
- Act as an ambassador of the organization and an extension of our best-in-class talent acquisition team in all communications with candidates, internal team members, and external service providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders working across the PRG and THP’s platforms and portfolio companies.
Education & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end search execution, including 3+ years conducting senior-level searches at a search firm or in a professional environment that provides exposure to a wide breadth of positions and industries
- Demonstrated track record of successful end-to-end search execution and the ability to develop a broad network of trusted relationships
- Experience working within private equity or a sponsor-backed company is a plus
- Experience recruiting CFO or other senior financial positions is a plus
- Experience with talent development initiatives is a plus
- Experience with sourcing and mapping candidate universe and building a proactive pipeline of candidates
- Experience with best-in-class competency-based interviewing and reference techniques
- Strong Excel skills with demonstrated tech-enablement comfort (ie, comfortable adapting to and familiarity with multiple talent-driven software applications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
