Role Description

• Overall experience of 10+ Years experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience.• Basic understanding of Leases, Capital/Finance And Space Module.• Be well familiarized with the new 842 Accounting Rule (e.g. has been afforded the opportunity of specific 842 training AND has had time to absorb and apply the change in the rule via examples, class-room exercises and/or reviewing current lease population with related schedules).• Familiar with general month end closing processes and the timing of lease activities• Has the ability to communicate the 842 accounting rule attributes to other personnel both accountant and non-accountant• Has the ability to work with a diverse team even if that means going back to the drawing board several times to get resolutions• Having basic understand of Out of Box Tririga Accounting or other Lease software tool.• Fundamental understanding of End to End business process of IWMS domain• Good to have Experience in DevOps, Scrum, Kanban • Great communication/collaboration skills and a team-focused approach towards software development• Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education

• Min 3 years of experience in Information technology.
