PRIMARY FUNCTION

Troy 7, Inc. is excited for the opportunity to add an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The Candidate shall provide support for the conduct of counterintelligence activities (investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services) to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and activities). Specifically, the Candidate shall support the MDA CI Directorate, integrating CI defensive activities, services, and documentation in support of MDA programs and the Missile Defense System (MDS).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Support CI investigations and operations by performing in-depth all-source research and analysis• Write Counterintelligence analytic products that adhere to Analytic Tradecrafts Standards and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)• Coordinate with MDA's Intelligence Directorate and other DoD, Intelligence Community, and law enforcement organizations to research, screen, collect, evaluate, integrate, and disseminate data and information• Apply oral and written communication skills to develop and present briefings to senior leaders and communicate information across the agency for CI awareness

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:• CI Analytical experience• Proficiency with standard All-Source intelligence research tools such as: Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open-source research, Pulse, QLIX, and / or Google Earth• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment• Knowledge of DIA Analytic Tradecraft Standards• Experience working in a production center or fusion cell• Authored or coauthored products that have been disseminated to the intelligence community

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred• 8 or more years' experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects• Completed an Intelligence Analysis certificate from a government-sponsored training or academic institution (please provide certificate with course number)
