Truck Driver Class C

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license and excellent driving skills. Duties: - Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a van or truck, to transport goods and materials - Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks - Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional and courteous interactions with clients - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road - Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption Skills: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) - Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role - Knowledge of route planning and navigation systems - Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training • Referral program • Vision insurance Shift: • Morning shift Work Days: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
