  • Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential breaches of community guidelines or safety risks
  • Provide empathetic, clear, and supportive communication to individuals involved in sensitive or negative experiences
  • Coordinate cross-functional incident response efforts with internal teams to manage and resolve critical situations
  • Identify emerging risks and escalate issues appropriately to leadership for further review and action
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of safety processes, policies, and best practices
  • Support the promotion of a safety-first culture across operations and customer experience teams

  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in a Trust & Safety, risk management, or customer-facing support role
    • Proven experience conducting investigations and handling urgent, high-priority incidents
    • Strong understanding of incident response coordination and cross-functional collaboration
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism
    • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving in complex situations
    • Experience with de-escalation techniques and handling sensitive or high-risk scenarios
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision
    • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
    • Experience in hospitality, remote teams, or dynamic operational environments is a plus

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives
      • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy
      • Home office and internet stipend to support remote productivity
      • Opportunities for career growth and skill development
      • Inclusive and collaborative team culture
      • Exposure to cutting-edge, data-driven operational systems
