TSE - Tier 1, Banquets and Wedding

Role Responsibilities

• Led the banquet business for Mumbai Thane & Raigad.
• Build relationships with partners - Clients & Venue for 3rd Party space.
• Negotiate deals and ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence.
• Work with the Commercial Marketing On-Premise team, to get the deliverables met in terms of branding - Curation of Cocktails, Menus, Bars etc.
• Claim settlements.
• Securing and tracking the number of events done & budget on monthly basis
• Liaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training, menu curation.
• Capture market best practices and share them regularly, including competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in business/management program

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience
• strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility when faced with ambiguous challenges.
