Role Description

The developer is required to work on automation of business cases using Microsoft Power Platform (create workflows, charts, graphs or Apps to provide visuals of the data) /Tableau (create dashboards using various functions)/ Python (Selenium, Pandas library)/ SQL

Your key responsibilities

• Working in partnership with business & other teams, the developer will build new solutions and enhance existing toolsets to significantly reduce operational risk & enhance efficiency
• Address the existing data completeness issues of processes
• Liaising with RTB/ BA/ Project managers to ensure the development work is in line with business requirements
• Producing documentation for developed applications and provide training to end users
• Undertaking quality assurance of deliverables
• Ad-hoc development
• Any other support relating to automation

Your skills and experience

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Share Point)./ Tableau/ Python/ SQL is required, along with associated plug-ins to market data applications.
• 4-6 years experience
• Working knowledge of Pentaho will be an added advantage
• A broad understanding of Finance, within an investment bank would be desirable
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills & experience and customer focus
• Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
• Results focused individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
• Excellent team player
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
