Job Description

Evolution Bulgaria Studio is looking for Turkish/English Trainer to take responsibilities of training the new Game Presenters and Shufflers in all duties that they will be performing in the studio. The training will occur in the academy. This role is crucial for the development and ongoing success of Evolution and its employees.

Responsibilities

• Notify technical department and department heads of system or chat malfunctions.
• Provide thorough training on game-specific skills.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of training and recruitment programs.
• Stay informed about procedural changes and evaluate their effects on training processes.
• Uphold punctuality, adherence to workplace standards, and reporting duties, including monitoring team performance and ensuring procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with managers on uniform orders, inventory management, and paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as required by the position.
• Fill in for team members during their absences within regular working hours.

Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work

Qualifications

Execution of job duties requires:

• Secondary education or higher.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish is a MUST.
• Availability for flexible shifts, in accordance with business needs morning - afternoon or night, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated high sense of responsibility, motivation, and determinatio
