Tremor International’s TV Partnerships and Strategy team is seeking a TV Partnerships Manager to support business development and partner management across a roster of strategic partnerships that help power the company’s portfolio of TV products.  The ideal candidate understands the importance of the convergence of digital and TV advertising and the role key industry partners play in that ecosystem. Must be able to identify and manage partners that can unlock revenue across our business and provide strategic guidance to internal teams on key trends and updates in the digital TV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic TV partners to support revenue growth of Tremor’s TV product suite
  • Work in partnership with Sales and Product Management to support business development efforts to identify new TV partners
  • Lead the partner sourcing, negotiations, legal review, and product prioritization of a partner pipeline
  • Manage partnership deliverables including usage reporting, invoice approvals, and ad hoc needs
  • Assist in the development of Tremor International’s proprietary and exclusive automated content recognition (ACR) strategies
  • Liase with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to support and launch new TV products and offerings
  • Lead strategic partner evaluations to identify the best fit for our digital TV product solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience within the media/ad tech industries
  • Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem including demand side and supply side platforms. Knowledge of Smart TVs, ACR technology, and cross-platform media measurement is a plus.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Experience launching new initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Strong writing, creative thinking and presentation abilities
  • Experience with sourcing new partnerships through to a successful launch
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently within a team setting

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York City is $90,000 - $115,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
