About This Course
Per Scholas is proud to team up with the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services to launch the TWOC Help Desk Agent training initiative in 2023. The TWOC Help Desk Agent initiative offers the opportunity to earn the CISCO IT Essentials and Networking Essentials certifications, equipping you with the knowledge to fill a wide range of entry-level technology jobs.
