This individual supports all related activities to facilitate the timely and accurate domestic settlement of US securities for our custodial clients.

Major Duties

  • Monitor:
    • DTC/FED pre-settlement activity
    • Trade failure management
    • Trade exception resolution and reconciliation
    • Internal/external communication with various Asset Servicing partners and Investment Managers/Brokers
  • Process Client/Investment Manager directed trade instructions received through various trade communication methods

  • College/University degree and/or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Related Industry experience or qualifications is preferred.
  • Two or more years of Securities Operations experience is preferred.
  • Industry knowledge of Financial Instruments, Asset Servicing business, and Regulatory mandates is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively perform in a multi-tasking environment to ensure critical deadlines is met.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment, exhibiting leadership, initiative and flexibility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to provide coverage on bank holidays when necessary.
