UAS Nurse - FFS

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, whether in a teaching hospital or urgent care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient education and advocacy. Duties - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs. - Perform specimen collection processing and ensure accurate handling of samples. - Administer pain management techniques and therapies as required. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans. - Document medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. - Provide diagnostic evaluations, including sonography and cardiac catheterization procedures. - Engage in case management activities to coordinate patient care effectively. - Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive measures. - Assist in urgent care situations, providing timely interventions as necessary. Qualifications - Valid nursing license in the state of practice. - Experience in specimen collection processing, pain management, or urgent care is preferred. - Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques, including sonography and cardiac catheterization. - Strong skills in medical documentation and case management practices. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and guide patients effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing practices.
