Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an UAT Analyst at Boost Mobile, your role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability and quality of our software applications. You will be entrusted with a range of essential responsibilities that contribute to the seamless deployment of software, providing our customers with the best possible experience. Your expertise in software testing and your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in meeting our quality assurance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing of software applications
• Accurately document test results to assess software performance and reliability
• Evaluate test outcomes and generate insightful reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Effectively communicate any identified defects to streamline the debugging process
• Ensure that software changes do not adversely affect existing functionality by conducting regression testing
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and demonstrate defects when necessary for resolution
• Contribute to test readiness assessments to ensure preparedness for the testing phase
• Join discussions related to functional design to gain a comprehensive understanding of software requirements
• Engage in incident review meetings as needed to provide valuable insights into the testing process

Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful UAT Analyst will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1 - 3 years of applicable experience
• Experience working with Atlassian Products, Jira and Confluence
• SQL a plus

Salary Range
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
