About the Team

The UC/AV Engineering team provides tools and services that improve workmate communications. Engineering technology-based spaces that enable a flawless hybrid work environment. We have a passion for problem solving, innovation, and customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional that consistently brings a high level of dedication to Workday, customers, and workmates. Helping engineers deliver data driven solutions and rich user experiences to our hybrid conference rooms and spaces.

About You

• Collaborate and work closely with UC/AV Engineers to provide the data and analytics needed to design, deploy and maintain hybrid focused spaces and solve complex issues
• Keep projects on track working with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Track and run AV break fix budget
• Lead JIRA site as Scrum Master creating and updating project and operational work for the team
• Partner with facilities to design collaborative hybrid spaces built around technology
• Maintain relationships with vendors, partner teams, and internal organizations to drive communication solutions that exceed user expectations
• Run, review and report on the status of projects and issues to senior leadership and drive resolution of major issues and project timelines
• Stay up to date on the latest Zoom features and drive internal facing documentation with user comms team to simplifying user adoption to improve end user efficiency
• Update existing documentation where available, develop new documentation as the need arises for projects, solution designs and disaster recovery
• Maintain, update and add content on internal team Confluence space

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting or working within enterprise IT engineering teams
• Experience with Google applications including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Experience with JIRA or similar project / team management tools
• Solid grasp of conference room technology, room design, floor plans and wiring diagrams
• Outstanding interpersonal, project coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high trust and innovative environment where collaboration is essential
• Ability to travel as needed

• Proven leadership skills to influence, interact and collaborate with senior leaders as well as technical resources, internally and externally
• Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including operational and problem solving skills
• Must have a strong desire and ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $112,000 USD - $168,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $106,400 USD - $198,000 USD
