Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Tech & Data Systems Manager, passionate about technology and data, to drive the digital transformation of our organization. This critical role combines the management of technological systems with data qualification, ensuring that our technological infrastructure is not only efficient and secure but also driven by accurate and valuable data. This role will orchestrate our digital evolution by integrating data architecture and information visualization in Power BI. It is essential for enhancing our ability to make informed and strategic decisions through the implementation of a cohesive and optimized data infrastructure that supports our sales and customer management operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Systems and Technology Management:

• Oversee and optimize IT operations to maintain a robust and secure infrastructure.
• Ensure business continuity by implementing innovative technological solutions.

Data Qualification, Management, and Visualization:

• Develop strategies for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, improving data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure strategic decisions are based on solid data.
• Design and implement a robust data architecture that consolidates our diverse information sources into a unified and efficient database.
• Develop and optimize reports and dashboards in Power BI that provide clear and actionable insights for all organizational levels.

Connectivity and Process Optimization:

• Facilitate the connection between systems to create an integrated and coherent user experience, improving lead quality and operational functionality.
• Implement technological solutions that promote operational efficiency and continuous innovation.

Strategy and Digital Transformation:

• Design and implement a strategic digital transformation plan that aligns technology with business objectives.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of the sector.

Project and Budget Management:

• Lead technological and data projects, such as CRM or eCommerce, from planning to execution, ensuring optimal resource use.
• Drive technological projects that optimize the operational execution of our sales force, ensuring smooth and efficient integration of all systems.
• Manage the department's budget, ensuring strategic investment in technology and data.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technological leadership and data analysis roles.
• Competence in managing IT infrastructures and data platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Competencies:

• Experience in agile project management methodologies and data qualification.
• Relevant certifications in IT management or data analysis.
• Passion for technological innovation and strategic data utilization.
