Job Summary 

Join our founding team and help us revolutionize how companies engage their customers and stakeholders using AI, mobile messaging, and machine translation to create modern customer experiences. 

AtlasRTX is looking for a super talented Experience Delivery Designer who is not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty! You will be working with a world-class, 100% software-as-a-service conversational AI and messaging platform. 

Responsibilities 

• Conceptualize and design development-ready conversational prototypes and mockups for our user experience for conversational experiences 
• Help identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions 
• Design complete user experiences that fulfill the client's needs 
• Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams  
• Create user stories and work items related to each design 
• Test for Quality Assurance during design implementation 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years working in Product Design or User Experience within the tech industry 
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time 
• Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web experiences 
• Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues 
• Strong customer/client focus, ownership, urgency, and drive 

Bonus Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field 
• Experience working in an agile environment 
• Experience working with web application design
