A UX/UI Designer brings value and leadership throughout the organization and will be expected to serve in the following areas:

Day to Day Accountabilities

Every day, these are the things that the person in this role will do successfully:

• Responsible for solutions delivered to meet user and stakeholder expectations
• Understands and follows existing design language, brand guidelines and OS best practices.  
  • Delivers innovative solutions when user experience requirements extend outside of these standards.
• Contributes towards improvement in the user experience to achieve project success.
• Build relationships with client to understand all stakeholder needs
• Identifying conflict between business stakeholders and user feedback
• Work with the team to find the best resolution to conflict
• Always put the user first, advocating for them to ensure best user experience

Competencies / Characteristics Displayed

These are the characteristics that we look for in people who can effectively fill the role:

• 5+ years’ experience with Figma and/or Sketch or similar tools
• 5+ years professional native mobile and web app design experience, doing wire frames, ,prototypes and UI design
• Broad portfolio of beautiful B2C native and mobile experiences created
• Experience with learning their clients’ business processes
• Excellent communicator
