UI Designer

We are looking for someone with smart design chops and a solid understanding of user interface experience. You should have a keen eye for layout, a passion for data visualization, and honed typographic principles. In this role, you will work alongside other designers and with in-house UX to design clean, thoughtful website and web application designs for using industry best practices: responsive design, bootstrap or grid-based systems, and component-driven design.

Requirements
• 4+ years of graphic design for web experience• Demonstrated mastery of Figma (Adobe XD, and/or Sketch), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator• Understanding of HTML, Bootstrap, responsive design, grid-based systems• Degree in a related field• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously• Familiarity working on a design/web team• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, user interface, and web standards• Proven understanding user experience, web best practices, ADA compliance, and browser compatibility issues• Ability to implement website concepts within parameters established within content management systems
