UI Designer

Client Details:
Our client is a leading digital design and development company headquartered in Japan. They have a strong presence in Southeast Asia and employ around 189 people globally. Specializing in UX/UI design, digital marketing, and service development, they are driving innovation in digital transformation for clients worldwide
Job Responsibilities : 

• Collaborate with product management, engineers, clients, and international teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Engage in all stages of design, including user research, workshops, prototyping, UI design, and final implementation reviews.
• Execute visual and UI design from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Contribute to UX and service design, ensuring user-centered design and seamless user experiences.
• Work closely with art directors to define user communication strategies and align design with user modeling.
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring designers and leading overall UX and service design across multiple projects.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, English-only candidates will be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital design (web, apps).
• Proactive with strong initiative and a principled work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Age between 24-29 years old.
• Passionate about UX design with a strong design portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and a constant desire to learn and improve.
• Team player with a good sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Experience designing for overseas companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Familiarity with peripheral tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro (video/animation), Google Workplace, Notion, Keynote (documentation), Creative Survey (research), and Slack (communication).
• Willing to relocate to Japan.
