Your Role and Responsibilities
As a UI Development tester and developer in an agile development team you will be part of a fast-paced test team responsible for testing UI functions through the full life cycle of IBM i projects. You will be responsible for all stages of the test lifecycle. You could also have the opportunity to create UI functions as part of a series of development teams.

• Work with the development teams to develop test plans and cases
• Develop functional E2E test plan and test case
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
• Generate test summary reports for development/management review
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
• Report issues within an issue tracking system
• Use of Selenium test automation tool
• Design develop and test UI code

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Systems software development.
• Strong Java coding Skills.
• Good C/C++ Skills.
• Proficiency in Apache
• Proficiency in Selenium Meter.
• Understanding of EWM CQ Jira CMVC RQM (for test plan/case design)
• Experience in working on Eclipse IDE.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• IBM i Operating system skills preferred.
• Angular skills a plus
• iDebugger BEAM
• CPS CVE handling
• Sandbox/build process and environments
• Experience as web admin or especially development of WEB servers/Apache would be a strong plus for concepts development debug of customer issues and test planning and case creation and execution.
• CPS CVE handling
• Management of test server and development/test partitions.
• Design experience for supporting new requirements.
