What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points.
• Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design.
• Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability.
• Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones 

What You Know

• 4+ years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools
• Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and wepack
• Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres
• Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Familiarity with backend development and API integration.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field

Compensation Band

• $50-$60 per hour
