UI / UX Designer

Groupify is in need of a designer with both UI and UX experience, who cares about creating delightful user experiences. We’d like this designer to be willing to learn about our users, through our data team and also through user interviews, and help us create hypothesis to test our ideas on how we can improve our app’s overall experience. We’d also like this designer to help improve the UI of our app.

Requirements

Technical Fit:

• UI - Figma skills, clean Figma files. Use of components, color styles, auto layout, you know, keep it clean and easy to update.
• UI - Keen eye for UI design, and how to make our UI feel very “vibrant” through the treatment of the UI
• UI - Help us build a design system
• UI - Help us develop more delightful micro interactions.
• UX - Evaluating user data, in collaboration with the data team
• UX - Help us develop hypothesis on how to improve the user experience of our app, and understand how to move the hypothesis into testing. This will be either through creating a prototype, a survey to send to users for feedback, or other forms of user testing/ user research.
• UX - Illustrating design ideas using simple process flows, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, etc
