UI Visual Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and game-driving UI Visual Designer (all genders) to join our partnership team. You will work directly with the managers and other designers to integrate new game partners and design new features for them. 

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customizing Xsolla's products for renowned game partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to design new features for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collect best UI practices from the gaming industry and implement them to create captivating user experiences.
• Work with other designers and developers to enhance the design system and improve the look and feel of products.
• Deep dive into the experience of game partners to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and preferences.
• Engage in research and hypothesis testing to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

What you need to be successful




• 3+ years of design experience with an available portfolio (focused on UI).
• Demonstrated expertise in creating design for Web and App products.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, best UI practices, and how visual design can improve user engagement.
• Skill in creating "wow" design.
• Passion for the game industry.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
