UI/UX Design Summer Internship 2023

We are looking for a student pursuing a Graphic/Web Design degree that is interested in creating prototypes, new ideas, and UI/UX design to join our 2023 Summer Interns. Our internships are full-time, paid, and will run from June 5th, 2023 - August 4th, 2023.

The internship assignment is designed to provide the student real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Help design wireframes and interactive maps

• Help plan, test, and implement new designs

• Design and present visual design ideas

• Assist in technical and business presentations development

• Create prototypes and/or user-flows for new product ideas

• Optimize and/or Archive existing user interface designs

Requirements

Education Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in undergraduate or graduate level students actively enrolled in an accredited college program of UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Web Design, Graphic/Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and self-starter.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate technical information in a clear and succinct manner.

• Must have the ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize workload and to meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to quickly learn new software/hardware tools for developing and executing tests.
