UI/UX Designer

Equifax is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our world-class Product, Data, Analytics, and Technology (PDAT) Center of Excellence (COE). We are looking to hire an innovative, hands-on, UI/UX Designer to advocate for users throughout the prototyping process and design impactful user interfaces for leading edge innovative data and analytics products.

What you'll do

• Design wireframe and prototype user interfaces for data and analytics focused dashboards and web applications that make complicated analytics concepts easy to understand and uncover insights from large datasets
• Collaborate with Innovation Architecture, Data Science, Product Management, and Technology to shape product requirements and ensure backend technology integration
• Uncover and understand customer and business needs, and translate them into user personas, process and user flows, journey maps, and interaction models leading to low and high fidelity prototypes
• Act as an advocate for end users' wants and needs, providing input throughout the iterative Agile product development process
• Partner with Innovation Architects to perform usability testing on prototypes and synthesize feedback to improve user experience

What experience you need

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in UI/UX design

What Could Set You Apart

• Knowledge of data, analytics, and modeling processes and concepts, including AI/ML
• Knowledge of identity/fraud, credit risk, and/or marketing products and services across various industries
• Experience working with Agile SCRUM teams and methodologies
• Master's Degree in a related field or MBA
