UI/UX Designer
Passion Equip
OBJECTIVE
The aim of Passion Equip is to create innovative digital products and experiences for people around the world to use daily in their walk with Jesus. The UI/UX Designer will design, prototype and build digital user experiences for Passion Equip that are optimized for usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. This role will be responsible for delivering creative solutions to design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends to build innovative experiences that will impact Jesus followers around the globe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
- Design UI elements and tools
- Prepare and present to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Perform testing and obtain user feedback on UI/UX elements and views to optimize
- Collaborate closely with product managers, software developers and the marketing team
- Create and adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design

Monday – Friday 9a – 5p

Managing Director, Passion Publishing
AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products
- Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
- Working knowledge of the modern design technologies and software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, and Adobe Creative Suite
